Arogno was a Swiss ebauche manufacturer based in the village of Arogno in the Italian-speaking canton of Ticino. The first factory was established in 1873 by Manzoni & Cie, originally from Porrentruy, which relocated to exploit hydraulic power and lower labor costs. A second factory followed in 1888, and for decades these were the principal industries in the municipality — a notable industrial footprint for such a small village.

Arogno produced a documented range of over 40 calibers across pocket watch and early wristwatch sizes, supplying movements as ebauches to other manufacturers. The Arogno 28 is recorded as having been used in Heuer dashboard timepieces (bord de bord), giving the firm a tangible connection to the sports-timing world. Arogno represents one of the earliest industrialized watchmaking operations in Italian-speaking Switzerland.
