| Description | Deauville was the primary US trade name of Ollendorf Watch Company, founded in New York in 1868 by Isador Ollendorff — one of the longest-running Swiss watch import houses in the city. The family business imported watches with movements from Felsa, Font, A. Schild, and A. Michel, also distributing under the Gotham brand; it was sold to Gotham Watch Company in 1956 and later merged into Winton Watch Company. |
