| Notes | Remarks: 1934-1938, ca. 200000 indirect sub second option: Incabloc old As this option is even in the successor Urofa 581 almost never met, it was likely only available in very late samples. This movement is more or less a copy of the Revue 54 from 1928. It was advertised as Raumnutzwerk (=space efficiency movement), and at the first glance this appears true, due to the big balance and the big barrel. But underneath the barrel space was wasted for the gear of the indirect second. As the driving energy depends on the barrel volume and not only on the diameter, this is likely the worst possible space efficiency. The Longines 9L demonstrates how to do it right: It has also an indirect second, but its gear is placed in the empty space under the balance. This leaves much more volume for the barrel.
